Betsy Booren is Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at the Consumer Brands Association. Betsy provides strategic leadership to the regulatory community on behalf of the CPG industry. Before joining Consumer Brands in 2018, she was a senior policy advisor for Olsson Frannk Weeda Terman and Matz where she advised food industry clients about FDA and USDA compliance issues. She earned a B.S. from Michigan State University, M.S. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Ph.D. from Texas A&M University.
